The date of the previous announcement also doesn't line up. November 23, December 2& 7 there are notices from Milford.
In any case they probably were just over the 5% threshold so a -500k difference may have been enough to drop them below that figure.
Even so, that period the SP is up 174% so I can't work out why or how one would lose money on trading during that period. Perhaps they wanted to do it for the cost base to sell shares (some type of tax reason) but it still doesn't make sense in my head but meh it doesn't really matter I guess
