What we're seeing here is the influence of movements caused by JPM. In the past, we often saw jumps of hundreds of thousands of shorted shares without them being reflected in the official data, and I couldn’t explain it. Today, I know these weren’t glitches.The advantage of having relatively few outstanding shares is that with positive announcements, good numbers, excellent prospects, or a monopoly with a wide moat, the SP can soar.The downside is that by manipulating just a few shares with a relatively small amount of money, the SP can be controlled.
