    He was supposed to buy 75m shares for 4c each. And that should have kept him easily above 5%. Not 100% sure but he had at least 90m shares held under Kilinwata Investment plus 75m should be at least 165m. Even at 2b SoI that would be more than 5%. Looks like he did not participate as indicated.

    If so, then we will definitely get a new chairman as Lantheus & Co got much bigger sub holdings. Has he given up control and would that mean he is retiring from RAD?
