@Sthbound those look like transfers to shorters (i.e. closing out positions) A bit odd, adding up all the transactions in this statement, State Street have only offloaded 15 million net since their last disclosure, bringing them to around 4.7% if my calculations are correct. And the last day in this disclosure is Tuesday this week (after the MSCI effective date last Friday). The large volumes Tuesday might be a combination of closing of positions combined with uptick in demand. Depends on what JP did, but seems to me going by these figures, the MSCI rebalancing process is still underway. Will see what happens after close today.
