All we know is they lost a lot of money (maybe?). And we know they wanted to get out. And we know it seems there were not many people willing to 'get in' to take their shares at a reasonable price. The fact that they sold the latest shares at 3.1 cents, means they sold out at $15 mill market cap, when cash in the bank was $19 mill.

Since what happened does not make sense, we can be sure...

We dont know what they did, and we dont know what they are doing, and we dont know what they will do.

We dont know now and we will never know.

But what happened caused me to triple my holding as I bought on the way down. PVM may be my best mates forever if Lumos regains only some of the way to 10 cents. And if they actually blossom, I will name the new thoroughbred I will buy with the profit "Perennial Gift".

Nah you should call it 'Perennial Deceit' because it was illegal to artificially hold a stock down from rising for over 6 months by manipulating the SP with their large holding when progressive news was arriving.
