@Aviza2913, it could be many factors, as I see a few people are pointing out in this thread.

What I find interesting is that they are active in the name, meaning they have NOT been "taken over the wall" (either said no, or there just isn't any corporate action). You will have to decide for yourself on that one.
So they are obviously voting with their feet and selling, but I find it a little weird that your largest shareholder, wouldn't be privy to the happenings at hand.

I am not trying to be cryptic, just stating or trying to get my head around a couple of scenarios.

1) PAR, have not kept them up (hard to imagine)
2) They rejected being taken over the wall (maybe)
3) There is no corporate action (unlikely)
