Unfortunately r1, this notice indicates that they only just went underneath the Substantial Holder threshold (5%) yesterday. I agree that they've been an overhang seller, particularly when the market went bid earlier last week. My calculations they've still got 51m shares on board that it looks like they're not too fond of (yesterday's sales average .034).
If they are keen to offload the stake I hope they're speaking with Regal about a block trade.
