It's not a meaningful move. They just sold like 500k shares and it took their holding below the 5% threshold that technically makes them a substantial holder.
Unless a fund has taken a longer term strategic position in the company, most would I think prefer to remain below the 5% threshold where there is no visibility of trades.
I suspect funds that bob around the threshold and trigger off these announcements have a mixture of long and short positions (hedging). They want to sometimes be seen as strategically long and sometimes want to be invisible. That's one theory anyway, the other one is that someone with fat fingers overshot the 5% threshold when they weren't intending to.
