According to the announcement they bought circa 4% of the company post the FDA announcement. And they would have been cornerstone investors for the capital raise which was increased because of their demand. I don't know final allocations but they would have aimed to double their positions on the CR to circa 8% of the company. Your statements are not applicable to the names/QIB's I am referring to in the State Street announcement.
