They didn't sell the shares, at least not directly. If you look at the schedule of disposals you can see that they have loaned the shares to others and have dipped below the 5% threshold as a result. When the shares are returned they'll have to lodge a "Becoming Substantial" announcement.
When that happens, perhaps you could call them "mouthholes"?
