Sometimes things don't go to plan, that's life not everything goes perfectly to plan, OZM is not the only one, many ASX juniors have resorted to this, I know of one example which I'm not allowed to mention, had 100 million shares and options on issue 2 years ago and now will have 600 million on issue after the low priced options are excised. Compared to that he has a fantastic job, a proven resource, HL mine being developed, great prospects in WA and Brazil and we currently have less than 250 millions and options, some options with a conversion price well our price today.
