Hi Hadrian. This is specifically addressed in the scheme details. I don’t have it in front of me but off the top of my head it was something along the lines of - if the only defeating condition is the 50% number of shareholders, and they feel that this has been manipulated, they will apply to the courts to have that condition exempted (i.e. ignored). I have no idea how that would play out in court ♂️
