Vote No to the Scheme, your vote is powerful , no matter how few shares you own

I can't find what you have described in the Scheme but I have been deliberately careful in all my posts not to call for additional voters to enter the register, all I have asked for is for shareholders to vote NO. I believe that a court would easily be able to verify how long the No voters have held shares for in order to ascertain manipulation.
I suspect that manipulation is more likely to come from the Yes side and ASIC and the Takeovers' panel would be able to prove once again how long these interests have been on the share register.
