There are actually real life examples of this that could act as a case study here. The same issue has happened a number of times overseas - did all of those companies go out of business? How much business did they lose? All of it? Some? was it down for a while and then recovered - never recovered - quickly recovered?
Fair chance that whatever happened with the offshore centres that had the same issue will provide guidance as to what can be expected here....
