The ASX is a weird beast. You want to take opportunity of liquidity events, but they're usually because Super funds are dumping - who you historically want on your side (refer: CBA).
However, given the type of market that IVF is, I think the sell down is way overdone. I've finally (after years of watching) initiated a position. Could they be sued? Sure. Could it go to 50c if so? Sure. But on a 5-10Y horizon, it will be a hiccup.
