Its not this - the new CR shares came out mid April - the first substantial holding for Unisuper came out on 1st May. It is because of regal selling, (and they buy and sell through Unisuper).
1st Notice - substantial holder - 1st May - 100,455,466 all under the name Unisuper = 5.14% Of which 19,724,930 was regal (bought under unisuper).
2nd notice - today Regal has now sold down all their 19,724,930 Meanwhile unisuper has bought 16,672,242 So unisuper total = 9,402,778 = 4.98%
