29/04/25 - 14,377,444 shares for $831,609

The on-market buys taking their holding to ≈18% SOI

Over the 15th and 16th May, Tony Gu a partner at Datt Capital joins the board and an announcement is released about a resolution.

And here we are 2 weeks later with Datt selling their entire holding and cutting ties with KNB.

To summarise...they've lost ≈$2.5m AUD in 2 weeks buying and selling KNB shares, had a director put on the board after a multi-month spat which has since resigned, and requested an EGM to vote on removing 2 NEID which will obviously not be carried and you are telling me this is to do with "other issues".....

Guess I'll be waiting for Datt to be heading to the looney bin next. Good for you Luke Andrew. Never trust a bloke with 2 first names...

the rumour mill is speculating that Datt has cash issues with his fund and is liquidating his holding.

i don’t know how hard it is for you to comprehend that?

doesn’t take much to look to SER and KNB to see this.
