Months ago CTT said it had the support of its backers. Not sure which backers they were referring to while Cat Rock has been selling for some time.
Most likely someone in CTT rang Cat Rock to see if they had a appetite to support a cap raise. Their answer was to dump 20m shares on the 10th , leaving them around 18m shares to dump on the 11th and 12th .
