Good question and surprisingly little by way of commentary here. And why sell now at $1.90 when SPR was trading as high as $2.40 as recently as a month ago?

RMS/SPR had all the substantial shareholders onboard for the Scheme. Why would Tembo now bail so close to the meeting?

It is for all purposes a blocking stake. If whoever bought the stake wanted a seat at the table, they got it. Without that block of shares voting for the Scheme it's questionable & I'd vouch unlikely it would get voted through and the follow on-market takeover would have no chance of stitching up 90%. It's unlikely to be an interloper with RMS holding such a significant stake in SPR but someone like a hedge fund could throw a spanner in the works and ask for a little more from RMS (like 10%). This is of course my surmising only but it's possible.

I have a large holding here & still intend to vote 'no', not because I don't see merit in the takeover but because I don't like the terms (the equity split given to SPR holders & the dividend component).

For those RMS holders that keep posting on SPR threads sowing doubt as to SPR's future value developing its own tenements.....good luck with that....have a reality check and look back at what your future is without SPR's ounces....the Mt Magnet update of March 11th spells it out clearly for you and the market response to it told you what's in store for the equity value of your scrip without a tie up with SPR.
