I am probably a little older and in from GCY days. I voted yes and because I am long doesn't mean I wish to wait that long to see SPR fully develop its full potential alone. While I am prepared to pay CGT on 25 cents per share I don't want to hand over 45% of my holding to the ATO. Holding out for a higher offer does not excite me at all.
