Last Friday I bought more even though I have (to me) a large holding in excess of 200k. SPR was still calling me ‘cos they know I have not voted.
I was hoping for a 3rd party or interloper, so I think we will know by Monday or Tuesday.
If the vote is not carried through, will the takeover process be costly? I think it will be and eventually be carried by the merged company.
I have questioned those who had voted whether they can change their vote if someone NEW have bought the Tembo’s stake.
