With J.P. named as an 'agent' for facilitating borrowing how does the ownership of the share get discovered? they could well not hold their own parcel and merely lending other's shares to hide the owners i.d.
This just appears to be the left hand lending to the right hand using corp law to game the laws. Legal theft.
