Good question. I suspect this is why the stock has been held back, looking at the last weeks trading on the ceasing notice: 880k, 502k and 460k in just 3 days.
Good thing though is that there is obviously accumulation around as well. I wonder if we’ll get a “Becoming substantial notice soon”...
