The "Kephala Group" sold 3,910,362 shares, between their last notice and this one. That's 36% of their SWF shares.
That's a lot of shares to sell on the market. The biggest volume day we've had lately was 23/5/22. That was before the EGM vote!
Did Nicholas Kephala start dumping shares on the market, knowing that they were going to lose the vote? Was he trying to sell down ahead of anyone else in the requisitioning shareholder group? Who knows?!
