Surely you jest! This company has truly awful, most likely negligent corporate governance practices and the only way for that to change would be to get rid of Karl! I can’t see it happening but would be massively in favour of this. Bring on the Remuneration Report vote at this year’s AGM - something tells me they’re going to get their first strike!
