It was the placement nearly a year ago. I am positive part of the placement was converting some notes. 99.999% sure. Have to double check.
Who it was , I better not say as All these things are confidential. There was no broker reports with it.
Anyway the selling seems like is gone and big buy stack on 6. Anything can happen.
