That's interesting as I off the top of my head believe the only convertible notes were issued to a company related party and the notes were unlisted. Odd they would be promoting them through a broker and selling them down and yet the same party at the very next opportunity is accepting more of them on a different rate. Most odd and for a broker to be doing them initially on a yield basis is sort of ok but knowing the underlying shareprice has been stuck in a range??

I don't believe a single deal will make this company as they have contact with major miners and they should be gradually tendering and getting business. Only big deal would be if they a complete rolling change of a mine from older vehicles to newer ones and that has to be a new client . the retail via 4wd stores may work if the pricing is ok in some countries.

I still believe these guys need volume to get economy of scale in manufacture and to justify finance research, compliance and management costs .

Biggest contract they could ever have got was aussie military changeout of landrovers to Mercedes in specialist areas and other countries doing the same. ???????

Only other one of scale is the road haulage via linfox but history has shown they get to the gate but don't close with bigger deals and I don't know why. On safety, longevity they should be winners but on cost I am not sure?

There is various competition eating away at edges of not pure mining industrial market so I believe they have lost massive opportunity in last 10 years. Not sure how much longer patents will protect them from majors closing the gap in future
