ASX guy rang me re: a complaint I made suggesting that they cannot say they are rigorously defending a court action if they are not using a lawyer. Given that he resigned a couple of days later it was probably more important to use a lawyer.

I also said the company has not provided an update to the market on the legal matter since they said there were trying to negotiate a settlement last Feb. This is even though the proceedings were now being dismissed and LWP was now having to defend a costs order. In fact they only put out an announcement after the papers reported it.

He just said LWP didn't have to flag it's legal strategy to the market and effectively to the other party.
Ummm what strategy was that? Case was over and market should have been informed.
