Hmmm ok. So it's mutually agreed that they can now vote freely. I wonder why ICG would allow this? It seems a very strategic play IMO, I would love to hear from someone with more knowledge in this than me.
I'm taking this as a BIG positive in the fact that if the C investors wanted to sell out they can easily do so, why bother with getting voting rights.
I'm perplexed as to why ICG put voting restrictions in place to begin with, only a few months later let them have free voting rights attached. Have the C investors offered ICG something in return for this? Smelter access, Zn market opportunities?
