you must be joking, I looked at CWP financial position and its actually very good, low gearing, x3 more assets than liabilities etc..., book value about $3.65, so getting close to its NTA backing, strong divvy growth, good EPS growth, all in all a good solid company, unless the WA and VIC property prices crash, I don't see how CWP can go wrong.
