Blackrock was well flagged & I think a welcome addition because they rarely sell at a small profit - others on the thread think they are just in it to make a quick 10% then they are gone. I don't believe that will happen here as there is too much upside with this stock. Majors will come sniffing around (if not already doing so) & that any potential TO will be at considerably higher prices. That's when the directors + B/Rock will exit

There should be directors interest notices issued today or tomorrow & then we will see the total % shares owned by directors & B/Rock - the issue of the new shares will change B/rocks % so as a substantial holder they too will also have to issue a change in substantial shareholding notice
