I have been, and I assume the market has, used a SOI of 1.05b shares (post 28c CR) to calculate fully diluted MC.

There are 120m performance shares and 100m 4c options still to be issued. The options obviously will be exercised and the performance shares have to meet low hurdles (outlined in the prospectus) so are certain to be issued.

What are we here for? 10moz? Lots of rigs (10) spinning at Hualilan and soon in Ecuador so lots of newsflow in the months ahead.

Kris Knauer is aiming for a $1b takeout by Newmont or Yamana, to name just two. There's every chance he's on the low side!
