as there is no production /revenues
if company is to get into production mode(capital expenditures)
more funds WILL be needed
not very soon, but say after 3 quarters (?)

the likelihood is that KK is planning already for this
and he will need to do so,
unless someone takes over

all good, but like i said
would be a shame if the capital raise / placement is at current prices
(perhaps, sweetened with the usual discount?)
