    What a horrid financing. Full two-year warrants and the warrant strike is less than yesterday's close?!?? Truly WTF. Is this really the best they could do.? Why do I get the feeling that the cost of toll milling will be another sweetheart deal for Elsztain. And how profitable is this going to be with that high strip ratio? Even if they clear $1000 an ounce net, that leaves maybe $50mm available for construction over the course of the three years. Underwhelming.
