    So, to paraphrase:

    "What we initially thought would be upfront payment for this Celemetrix acquisition, namely $12.0m, ended up being just $10.4m."

    I wonder how that comes to pass, without the vendors of Celemetrix undertaking some pretty aggressive stripping of current asset in the intervening period.
