I have thought for a while that as the business begins it's commercialisation phase in its lifecycle, I would like to see someone in the leadership team that could provide a more businesslike demeanour for certain presentations. I don't mind Paul on the big picture and R&D side. Who is the COO and is he the guy going to get the deals done? I think OCC have hit home runs in R&D, patents and approvals so far but Im yet to see evidence of a compelling deal that screams serious revenue is on its way.
