Thanks LTS and i hope you understand that i am fully aware of what pyc are trying to do with cpp and myc inhibitors regarding intra cellular targets, it didnt appear that way from your post.

My reason for posting this was just as an update as to what is going on in other areas targetting similar cells to us. I understand they are targetting external sites of the cells, i just found it interesting they were reffering to combining with chemo for three fold improvement on either drug alone- that reminded me of what pyc claimed with omomyc conjugate and chemo in their earlier trials with cpp if i recall corectly.
I just wanted to compare their path to market against ours i guess. I still am not fully clear on how much extra if any approval and trial results we would require because we are attempting to use as yet unapproved cpp instead of targeting external of cells like them.
They are obviously already into human trials. Do we need to jump any ADDITIONAL hurdles because we are using cpp to penetrate cells, or is the whole thing just treated as another new drug trial with exactly the same tests as anything else for toxicity, dose, etc. Do we need to verify safety of cpp before progressing with drug conjugates or is it all consudered to be one drug?
