I'm no scientist, so could also be wrong, but my understanding is that they are providing proof of concept in stages, like they are building up to it. The end result as you've suggested would be awesome. Bloodborne is just the next stage. They have to make it stay together and survive the blood stream 'environment' (stability). I assume they'll be aware of and trying to address the 'sink effect' as well. This step? Next step? But, there are obviously more steps to get to what they want and within that I would think some significant scientific hurdles to overcome, so guarantees. Would be amazing if they did it though..!!
