I think the next step might be to contact the company to seek some clarification on how selective the cpp are in which cells they enter. Do they enter most cells but only endosomal escape in target ones, or is actual cell entry also limited to target? Is there a substantial difference between selected target types and all other cell types within human body, (or mouse?) This additional onformation would certainly answer a lot of questions about issues that might arise.
