The drug will need to bind on to some form of transporter compound and attach to certain cells. Only thereafter can it penetrate. In short, this is science not magic.
This is precisely why I say we are so reliant on the company's spin. A lot of the transportation studies should be upcoming and part of their animal model studies.
This is also a big part of an IND data pack.
