Thanks Sot. The note still seems to leave item 1, which is the item in question, open to interpretation. As far as i can tell they havent as yet really indicated how specific the cell selection is, although they do refer many times to being able to target cells. I dont have a medical background but i am making a guess that even as far as tumor cells are concerned, healthy cells of the same origin type would absorb same cpp and the question would be side effects compared to target cells.. I have sought further info from the company so we will see how that goes.
If we can select a particular cell type and very specifically only ENTER that cell, then escape endosome we would be way ahead of where i thought. I think it was mainly bioexecs posts that brought this into question.
