My concerns too are the kinetics of myc conjugates. The plasma and intracellular half lives must be dramatically separate with sustained intracellular binding to confer long term action and the cell penetration similarly needs to be cell line specific in order to avoid potential adverse toxicity. My holding is small while awaiting detailed pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics ahead of any clinical studies. Exciting potential nevertheless.
