well it doesn't really matter that someone is selling, because another someone is throwing in $50,000 orders and you just don't do that without checking out some facts, unless you're a fool. My thinking is that anyone that can put through multiple orders at that level on a penny dreadful has a bit of coin / nous...or knows something. I'd hedge my bets it's a better sign than not anyway..!
