    What makes it belated?
    It is all ongoing development that will take probably longer than the restrictive time frames
    imposed by those with an interest but not directly involved.
    Currently we appear to still retain all the
    MK patents and have some more Evolis ones as well now.
    Lyramid still exists and I suspect the divestment is being delayed due to the disruption caused by covid.
    Quite possible that people involved in the deal
    could have tested positive which would chuck a spanner in the works. Hope not of course but these things can happen.
