Announcements that dont contain vast quantities of cash are largely ignored by the market in Cellmid's case.

The science is there, the consolidation appears to have worked to some degree, the potential is enormous in all three sections, there is a great clued up team running the company and all they need is for the balance sheet to turn black instead of red on an ongoing basis.
The 4C coming soon looks likely to be black but whether the HY due in Feb is the same colour remains to be seen.
If it isnt, it wont be far off the mark. IMHO
