Not only that Kori but, given the long term angle of the SP, I was wondering whether Dennis (in particular) and Maria & Co were angling more for an MBO followed by privatising it - then bring it back on the ASX once it had attained some real intrinsic value. If their genuine belief was there...why wouldn't they? Dennis would obviously be the one to provide the initial funds...in conjunction with a deal between the other willing participants.
Makes sense to me.....but then again, if they didn't have solid belief in the future of the business...
