Had you stated words to the effect of the "value of the Cash Raising was $6 million (the "Gross" value at least)" - I wouldn't have bothered posting.
To date - the value of the Wondfo venture is $0. There does not appear to be any revenue ... but what are the related costs so far?
Until such time as there is a net profit from the Wondfo venture - the only tangible "value" that can be attached to it is... "it was a convenient excuse for another CR opportunity".
Of course, when you add in some intangibles - like the typical "pump & dump" factor, the generous options (& the associated negativity around the CR), which are "discounting" experiences, one has to wonder whether there will be any real value left at the end of this.
