Phil I agree with all that you have posted. The notice lodged with the ASX on April 8 definitely specifies that the funds were being raised for the test kits. However some confusion arises with the letter to shareholders on 17th April where the purpose was stated as -
My opinion still is that they raised more funds than were required for the test kits, they have issued the new shares so they are stuck with the loot.
Perhaps some who participated in the Placement or SPP would like to now see a share buy back at the issue price.
