Management didn't buy as an act of charity, they bought because they, with all the info at hand believed they can make money.

This suggests to me that what will unfold in coming weeks will significantly increase the value of the company. I don't think we're talking about small numbers of tests.

I'm not expecting to be holding this for years awaiting a dividend and I doubt too many others posting here will be either but the simple fact is that those holding the cards obviously like the hand about to be dealt.
