Yes, well, I believe Mr Silver (apt surname - deed poll?) & Co was certainly rewarded very well for his efforts....(especially the 1 million options at .30c within the next 2 years!!). In fact, with Dennis & Maria fronting $1million of the placement between them, it effectively makes the fee 7%!
Either Mr Silver has discounted his fee (which I doubt - based on the SPP) - or we have gifted him $60k.
After 7 long years....I am reluctantly calculating my escape plan!
